Feb 28th 2016 Baptism and Membership Sunday.

Both Baptism in Christ and Membership in the church are necessary parts of our Christian birth and maturity. We become members of the worldwide body of Christ (the Church) through our repentance of sin and acceptance of Jesus as our Savior. We share our faith publically through the grace of Baptism. As we grow we also join a local community of faith where we live out our Salvation in very practical means by pledging our support of, being active in the ministries of and welcoming accountability through membership in the local “Body of Christ” (the local church).
